About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned ICT professional to join our technology team in Australia. This key role involves providing expert advice and design support for advanced ICT technologies on high-profile projects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic ICT design support for our offices and projects across Australia, encompassing active and passive systems, infrastructure, carrier connections, Audio-Visual services, and more.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documents for planning, specification preparation, tendering, and construction service support, including testing and commissioning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to execute projects effectively, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support junior staff members in completing projects within program parameters, while fostering a culture of excellence, technical risk management, and client-centricity.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Provide expert support and technical insights to clients and internal customers on a range of ICT-related queries.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent training in networking, computer science, cyber security, and related fields.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to deliver bespoke solutions that meet unique client needs.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex ICT solutions, including Structured Cabling Systems, Backbone Fibre & Copper, MATV/IPTV Systems, DAS, ICN - Integrated Communications Network, IP telephony systems, Active networks, Wireless Design, Digital Signage, Large scale AV Systems, Data Centres, and Defence ICT design.
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards (AS/NZS, IEC, ANSI/TIA, BICSI, IEEE, CSA, OBC, NBC) is highly desirable.
  • Current AGSVA Baseline clearance, or ability to obtain, is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to innovate based on customer and industry requirements, and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
