As the Senior Payroll Officer, you will oversee accurate and timely payroll processes for approximately 700 employees across multiple markets. This includes coordinating with third-party providers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing monthly and semi-monthly payroll cycles.

You will collaborate with internal teams to communicate employee information, administer leave entitlements, and manage superannuation and salary-sacrifice arrangements. Additionally, you'll address payroll inquiries and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in payroll operations.
