Job Title: Sous Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen brigade and providing hands-on support to ensure seamless food operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing kitchen staff and planning food operations in consultation with other department managers to achieve business objectives.
  • You will work closely with our kitchen team to introduce and implement new menus, ensuring they meet customer expectations and generate revenue.
  • Additionally, you will oversee inventory control systems, purchasing and delivery of supplies, and contract negotiations to optimize costs and product quality.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the Food and Beverage industry, preferably within a stadium environment.
  • Ability to assist in writing menus and implementing menu packages.
  • Effective management of functions and events kitchen brigades.
  • Strong public catering skills.
  • Multifaceted Food and Beverage operations expertise.
