About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to drive our successful team in Western Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a local team of consultants, expanding our services across the region, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality injury management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and supporting a team of consultants to deliver exceptional client service and outcomes
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow our services and increase revenue
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators
  • Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
About You
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation or a related field
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
