As a Mortgage Expert, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their home loan journey.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for supporting customers via phone, email, and video – no cold leads.
  • You will work on Australia's leading home loan platform, driving faster settlements.
  • You will get pre-qualified appointments booked for you.
  • You will submit deals to our in-house processing team – we'll handle the admin.
  • You will have access to referral income beyond broking, including buyer's agents and conveyancing.

Apart from your exceptional sales skills, you will also be required to have:

  • Experience in phone-based sales roles (insurance, solar, tech etc.) OR experience in mortgage broking, lending, or financial services (branch or phone-based).
  • A passion for helping individuals navigate property ownership.
  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it – we can assist with this).
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
