Job Summary

  • Fostering collaborative connections with the community, branch team, and Branch Manager to achieve effective lending results
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments through ongoing learning and professional growth
Key Requirements
  • Substantial experience in customer service or sales environments
  • A deep understanding of lending products, policies, and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues quickly
  • Demonstrated credit analysis skills and expertise
  • Familiarity with consumer lending and small business offerings
