We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Coordinator to manage the processing of payroll, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
This ongoing opportunity is for an experienced Payroll Officer to oversee payroll functions for a large corporation. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you'll be an integral part of a close-knit team. You'll be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, and addressing payroll inquiries. Your role will also involve collaboration with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
About This Role- Key responsibilities include managing payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies, prepare and distribute payroll reports
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and address any payroll-related issues
- Proven experience in a payroll position with a strong understanding of payroll systems and related legislation
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
- A proactive and reliable attitude, combined with the ability to work independently
