Their Perth office is at the forefront of high-stakes estates litigation.
With a collaborative and innovative team, they are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join this well respected Partner.
The Role This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel level lawyer to take on a leadership role within this team, running complex estates disputes.
You will work closely with the Partners and a talented group of professionals, advising clients across a variety of estates and commercial matters.
This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the most respected lawyers in the field.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex matters, from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective delivery of legal services.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues.
Draft and review pleadings, submissions, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in hearings and mediations.
Manage client relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Contribute to business development efforts and build your own network of clients.
About You Qualified lawyers with at least 5 years' PAE in estate and/ or commercial litigation.
Strong technical legal skills, with experience in both courtroom and mediation settings.
A proactive and results-driven approach to client management and problem-solving.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with a commitment to mentoring junior lawyers.
An ability to think strategically, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making.
Admission to practice in Australia, with the ability to work in the Perth market.
