About the Role

This position plays a vital part in a nationwide team focusing on Reception, Facilities, and Procurement administration. You will work across all three areas, contributing to exceptional customer service and operational support within workspaces across the country.

Key responsibilities include providing Reception/Concierge coverage and Facilities administration duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to stakeholders through timely written and verbal communication.
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance services including air conditioning, security, lighting, power, plumbing, and other facilities management services.
  • Manage assets and maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety for facilities operational infrastructure.
  • Ensure contractors comply with workplace health and safety requirements and hold valid public liability insurance.
  • Support fire warden training and other first response responsibilities.
  • Positively promote facilities management-related activities and ensure tasks align with internal policies.
  • Review and document processes aiming for best practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Apply commercial acumen and procurement best practices when sourcing external facilities service providers.
