Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with Showroom Managers to enhance the customer experience, drive sales growth, and strengthen our brand in New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve sales targets, ensuring effective performance of managers and team members.
  • Utilise commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead and motivate showroom teams to exceed sales targets through coaching, training, and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales opportunities and customer traffic.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring an engaging shopping environment.
About You
  • You have significant multi-site retail management experience, with a strong track record of driving sales growth through team performance and motivation.
  • You possess exceptional skills in conflict resolution and complaint management.
  • You have sales experience in premium showroom environments, with a proven ability to train and develop high-performing teams.
  • You are highly organised, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
