Providing exceptional care to the elderly is a rewarding and challenging role that requires compassion, dedication and strong communication skills.

We are seeking Personal Care Attendants & Assistants in Nursing to join our team, providing high-quality care to residents in aged care facilities across Australia.

This opportunity is available to applicants onshore in Australia.

About the Role

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide support with mobility, transfers, and meals.
  • Help maintain a safe and clean living environment.
  • Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes.
  • Engage residents in social activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
  • Follow care plans and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • 6+ months previous experience as a Personal Care Attendant or in a similar role preferred.
  • Cert III or higher in Aged Care, Community Care, Disability, or Individual Support.
  • Medication Competency highly regarded.
  • Current National Criminal History Check.
  • NDIS Clearance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
