About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive team environment. Your role involves supervising and directing Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to empower them to deliver effective care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop individualized care plans for Aged Care Residents based on their needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with residential Aged Care Standards, Occupational Health and Safety, and other relevant legislative requirements
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, employees, and volunteers to maintain strong relationships
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, patience, and common sense
  • Be flexible and available to work across day, afternoon, and evening shifts
