HSSEQ Coordinator

Job Summary

RPS Group is seeking an experienced HSSEQ Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HSSEQ team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our health, safety, environment, and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender and proposal responses, ensuring timely and accurate submission of documents.
• Maintain third-party contractor management prequalification portals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage the supplier management program, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage system document control, including coordination of reviews, revisions, formatting, and distribution of documents.
• Maintain the HSSEQ online tool (Donesafe), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Administer the AAP external training and competency register, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and prepare communications, including monthly bulletins, reports, and alerts.
• Coordinate team meetings, including preparation of minutes and action items.
• Assist with coordination of management system-related training, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Maintain the HSSEQ SharePoint page, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a health, safety, environment, and quality management system.
• Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to edit SharePoint pages and create/maintain PowerBI reports.
• Open to taking initiative, learning, and growing in the role.
