HSSEQ Coordinator

RPS Group is seeking an experienced HSSEQ Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HSSEQ team, you will be responsible for coordinating tender and proposal responses, maintaining third-party contractor management prequalification portals, and managing the supplier management program. You will also be responsible for management system document control, including coordination of reviews, revisions, and formatting. Additionally, you will maintain the HSSEQ online tool (Donesafe) and administer the AAP external training and competency register. You will coordinate and prepare communications, including monthly bulletins, reports, and alerts, and coordinate team meetings, including minutes. You will also assist with coordination of management system-related training and maintain the HSSEQ SharePoint page and email inbox. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience, intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, and a high level of attention to detail. They will be able to build relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and be open to taking initiative, learning, and growing in the role.
