Support Care Worker

We're looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Care Workers. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of clients by supporting them with daily living activities.

The role involves providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. You'll also assist with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. We don't require any social care experience, we're more interested in your ability to care and be resilient. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities
  1. Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  2. Assisting with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
  3. Helping clients with medication and other healthcare needs.
Requirements
  • No previous experience required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Will to learn and develop new skills.
