As a key member of our hotel's housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our luxurious rooms are always at the highest standards.

Your primary responsibility will be to service and clean rooms in line with brand standards. This will involve:

  • Attending to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Reporting any maintenance concerns to the relevant teams
  • Ensuring all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities, towels, and linen
  • Assisting the wider housekeeping team as needed to achieve our high-quality standards
  • Ensuring equipment and storerooms are clean and well-maintained

Additionally, you will need to possess a proactive approach to work tasks, physical ability to work in a manual role, and experience working in a similar role in a hotel property. Our guests are with us 24/7, so weekend and public holiday shifts are an integral part of this role.
