We are seeking a skilled Rooms Division Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence in the Front Office department and outsourced services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Front Office and outsourced services of Housekeeping and security.
- Work collaboratively with sales and revenue departments to optimize revenue per available room (RevPar).
- Champion brand standards of cleanliness and maintenance across rooms and public areas through implementing systems and procedures.
- Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback, providing reporting as required.
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury lifestyle, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Confidence in operating on rooms management systems.
- Problem-solving skills, effective decision-making, methodical approach to tasks, flexibility, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to have a positive impact on people, leaving them with a memorable experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the charge on driving operational excellence. You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and continuously find ways to enhance and improve guest loyalty.
