About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically able Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our luxurious rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role in a hotel property and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. A proactive approach to work tasks and physical ability to work in a manual role are essential requirements for this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Report any maintenance concerns to the relevant department.
  • Service and clean rooms in line with brand standards.
  • Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities, towels, and linen.
  • Assist the wider Housekeeping team as needed.
  • Maintain equipment and storerooms in a clean and organized state.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in a hotel property.
