Housekeeping Room Attendant Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our luxurious rooms.

  • Guest requests must be attended to in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintenance concerns should be reported promptly for resolution
  • Cleaning and servicing rooms must meet brand standards
  • All rooms must be fully stocked with guest amenities, towels and linen
  • The wider Housekeeping team may require assistance to maintain efficient operations

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Physical ability to work in a manual role
  • A proactive approach to work tasks
  • Experience working in a similar role in a hotel environment is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort

• Attend to guest requests promptly and professionally

• Report maintenance concerns to ensure prompt resolution

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
