Research Scientist

About the Role

This full-time position requires a strong understanding of ISO 17025 standards, laboratory procedures, and sampling techniques. You will be responsible for managing laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining accurate records. Your ability to supervise and lead a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines will be essential in this role.

  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance procedures
  • Manage laboratory inventory and maintain stock levels
  • Conduct training programs for employees and trainees
  • Supervise and mentor laboratory staff
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, or physics)
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality control/assurance principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
