This role requires strong collaboration with senior management to guide decision-making and lead development.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in actuarial solution design, development, and execution, as well as expertise in coding for data management, data warehousing, or other data environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Actuarial Advisory Services: Advise senior management on actuarial methodologies and engineering techniques.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and enhance strategic vision and roadmaps for solutions that accelerate speed to market while ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant technical standards.
- Data-Driven Insights: Champion customer-centric priorities, ensuring internal and external stakeholders benefit from actionable data insights.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team focused on research and development of innovative actuarial solutions and analytics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Expertise: Strong actuarial and data engineering expertise, with hands-on experience in actuarial solution design, development, and execution.
- Coding Skills: Experience in coding for data management, data warehousing, or other data environments, including SQL, NoSQL implementation, ETL, scripting languages.
