Job Summary:

To ensure the Catering teams comply with food safety legislation and achieve department-specific KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, serve, and present food to a high standard.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, maintain equipment, and adhere to John Lewis food safety standards.
  • Apply food safety policies and procedures, including relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Operational experience as a chef in PDRs, canteens, or hospitality.
  • Good basic education and intermediate food hygiene certificate.
  • Recognised Food Production Certificate, City & Guilds 706 1 & 2 or equivalent.
