Healthy Eating Specialist

Delivering comprehensive nutrition advice and support to patients is a key aspect of this role. As a Nutrition Professional, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
The position involves conducting nutritional assessments, creating individualized meal plans, and providing dietary advice to manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. You will also educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
To excel in this position, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. A Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition (or equivalent) is required, along with Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status with Dietitians Australia.
You will also have strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate patient records and compliance with regulatory standards. Staying up-to-date with the latest nutritional research and best practices is essential for delivering high-quality care.
Experience in a clinical or medical setting is desirable, but not necessary. Familiarity with culturally diverse dietary needs is also an advantage. If you are passionate about helping others achieve their health goals, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
