Job Description

As a seasoned Retail Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and create an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve driving sales, coaching your team, and fostering a fun and colourful store environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising directives to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
  • Manage stock effectively to minimise loss and maximise sales.
  • Create a safe, happy, and welcoming environment for customers and team members alike.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in leading and coaching a team with a proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs.
  • Previous retail leadership experience with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A passion for visual merchandising and creating engaging store displays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
