About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Specialist to join our team at Bank of Queensland. As a key player in delivering timely and accurate performance reporting, you will support the production of monthly and annual cash earnings reports, both internally and externally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing the Group's forecast and budget packs for EXCO and the Board
  • Collaborating with Finance and other departments to complete reporting packs
  • Assisting with Half Year and Full Year MD&A reporting
  • Maintaining budget and forecast versions in TM1
  • Preparing ad hoc analysis and reports for management
  • Managing the annual budget and rolling forecasts for support functions
  • Preparing monthly management information and presenting insights to leadership

About You

We are looking for a CPA, CA, or ICAA qualified professional with relevant experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis, ideally within the Banking and Finance industry. Experience in Performance Management, FP&A, or management would be advantageous.

You will possess the ability to work directly with stakeholders and consistently meet deadlines with limited supervision from management. Your understanding of the Banking and Finance industry is strong, and you have solid written and verbal communication skills.
