Job Title: Pro Microsoft Training Developer

We are seeking a skilled training developer to create comprehensive training materials for Microsoft Copilot Pro.

  • Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure effective and learner-centric content delivery.
  • Develop training programs suitable for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments.

Stay up-to-date with the latest features in Microsoft Copilot Pro and evolving instructional design trends to continuously enhance learning outcomes.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Pro and its applications in the business context.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in designing engaging content that caters to various learning styles and delivery formats.
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.
