Course Developer for Microsoft Copilot Pro

This role presents an opportunity to collaborate with a market leader in corporate education and training, working on comprehensive training materials for Microsoft Copilot Pro.

We are seeking an experienced instructional design expert who can apply adult learning principles and instructional design theories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides tailored to various learning styles and delivery formats.
  • Design interactive learning assets such as PowerPoint presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
  • Implement instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to ensure effective content delivery.
  • Develop training programs suitable for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments.
  • Stay current with the latest features in Microsoft Copilot Pro and evolving instructional design trends.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design, specifically focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Pro applications in the business context.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.

The ideal candidate will be engaged as an independent contractor and must have their own ABN or ACN.
