We are seeking a skilled training developer to design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.
The successful candidate will have experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training. They will also possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Pro and its applications in the business context.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing engaging content that caters to various learning styles and delivery formats.
This is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual to continuously improve and innovate in learning design.
Suitable candidates will be engaged as independent contractors and must have their own ABN or ACN.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.
- Create engaging and interactive learning assets, such as PowerPoint presentations, job aids, reference materials, simulations, and hands-on exercises.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to ensure effective and learner-centric content delivery.
- Develop training programs suitable for both virtual and face-to-face learning environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features in Microsoft Copilot Pro and evolving instructional design trends.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly focused on Microsoft Copilot Pro training.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Pro and its applications in the business context.
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in designing engaging content that caters to various learning styles and delivery formats.
- Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement and innovation in learning design.
