Job Title: Regional Fitness Operations Manager

  • This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering and growing the Personal Training (PT) business across multiple sites.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our PT teams, focusing on member experience, business growth, and team development.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing PT teams across multiple sites.
  • Create and implement business strategies to expand client bases, increase revenue, and meet performance targets.
  • Oversee HIIT classes, timetables, deliver classes, and ensure high-quality service across all fitness experiences.
  • Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a safe training environment for members and staff.
  • Drive the in-club 8-week Challenge while enhancing member engagement and participation.
  • Work with departmental leaders to improve the fitness experience, attend management meetings, complete reports, and ensure trainer staffing aligns with operational needs.
Requirements:">
  • 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in the fitness industry, with Cert III & IV in Fitness and current First Aid/CPR qualifications.
  • Experience with multi-site management is an advantage.
  • Proven success in Personal Training or small business, with a passion for helping others build thriving careers.
  • Confident, dedicated, and performance-driven, excelling under pressure while guiding teams to success.
  • Manages time effectively, consistently meets targets, and thrives on continuous improvement.
  • Authentic, customer service-oriented, and passionate about fostering strong member connections.
  • Build positive relationships with management, staff, and members, promoting teamwork and professionalism.
  • A motivating role model who embodies a healthy lifestyle, loves the gym culture, and communicates effectively.
  • Australian working rights are required.
