As a Trainer with our organization, you will play a key role in identifying the training needs of our underground mining operators and developing training plans to address required competencies. You will coordinate training for new employees, ensure effective delivery, and facilitate training plans for existing operators to maintain skills and address gaps.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid history of reliability and good work ethic, experience in underground service crew/paste crew work, and a proactive attitude toward safety and hazard identification. A valid Australian driver's license and rights to work in Australia are also essential requirements.

  • Current & Valid Australian Drivers Licence;
