Exciting Opportunity for Underground Trainer

Are you passionate about underground mining and dedicated to developing the skills of others? We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a vital role in our team.

As an Underground Trainer, you will play a key part in identifying training needs, creating tailored plans, and delivering effective training sessions. You will work closely with site leadership and trainers to ensure seamless training delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate training activities for new employees, focusing on their integration into the team.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate ongoing training to maintain operators' skills and address performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with site leaders and trainers to plan and implement training initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in underground mining.
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
  • A current and valid Australian manual driver's license.
  • Relevant qualifications, certificates, and licenses specific to the role.
