Job Description:

Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities in the far north coast region for our aged care facility.

This role involves ensuring preventative and corrective maintenance works are completed on time, maintaining asset audits and compliance records, providing exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and staff, working within workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines to ensure a safe environment, collaborating with Facility Managers and Property Management Team to coordinate tasks with maintenance officers, maintaining and implementing maintenance schedules, and coordinating external contractors.

Requirements:

  • Previous Residential Aged Care Maintenance Supervisor experience or similar.
  • Experience supervising a team of maintenance officers.
  • Knowledge of WHS requirements.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday.
  • A National Criminal History Check.
  • A Covid-19 Vaccination.
