Job Overview

The Senior Brand Manager is a strategic and business-critical position. You will develop brand plans, drive growth, and make data-driven decisions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning, secure buy-ins from stakeholders through insights and persuasive communication.
  • Develop the marketing mix, including commercial programs, media planning, packaging design, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with agencies to bring campaigns to life across all channels.
  • Act as the voice of the brand at leadership meetings, effectively communicating consumer trends and market dynamics.
  • Participate in new product development, identifying consumer insights and managing project management.

Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand or product management, preferably within FMCG.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
  • Creative thinking paired with data-driven decision making.
