About the Role:
Centacare Specialist Family Support Services (SFSS) is a non-profit community organisation that delivers professional and accountable services to support families and communities in need. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide professional and mature administration and reception services in a sensitive service environment. They will assist clients with their entry to the service, support SFSS practitioners who offer family dispute resolution, counselling and education services, and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in an office administration environment, sound communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as a flexible and cooperative team member. You will also need to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity in working with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
