Job Title: Facilities Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced facilities and asset management professional to join our team in a leadership capacity. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational guidance across multiple hospital sites, overseeing facility operations, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex environments, ideally within hospitals or healthcare, with strong expertise in asset management systems, contract governance, compliance, and facilities operations. A track record of leading change, uplifting teams, and mentoring capability is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across hospital sites
  • Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management
  • Design and implement an enterprise-wide asset management system
  • Standardise processes across sites
  • Address contract overholding and strengthen reporting
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Extensive facilities and asset management experience
  • Strong expertise in asset management systems and contract governance
  • Experience in complex environments, ideally within hospitals or healthcare
