**Job Opportunity:** Personal Care Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care to clients living in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients' independence and improve their quality of life through personal care services.
  • Visit clients regularly, engaging in one-on-one interactions and supporting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  • Deliver care in accordance with personalized plans, promoting community-based recreational and social activities, and assisting with shopping and appointments.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Current driver's license and access to a roadworthy vehicle for work purposes.
  • Proficiency in technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Ability to meet relevant probity checks.
