The successful candidate will provide companionship, assistance with daily activities, and support with personal care. They will work closely with our team to develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes">
  • Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing">
  • Supporting clients with shopping and appointments">
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in consultation with clients and their families">

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or an equivalent qualification">
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)">
  • A roadworthy and insured vehicle for use during work hours">
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones and laptops">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
