We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Personal Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support to clients living in their own homes. This may involve assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry. You will also spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and supporting them in achieving their goals.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication skills, a patient and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently. A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly desirable, as well as a current Australian Driver's Licence and a safe and reliable vehicle for use during working hours.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using technology, including smartphones and laptops, and will possess excellent problem-solving skills. If you are passionate about caring for others and empowering them to live fully, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
