Job Title: Disability Services Leadership Role

About the Opportunity:

The Benevolent Society is seeking a Team Leader to lead a multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Support Coordinators across the North Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and focused leadership to improve client outcomes in disability services
  • Lead NDIS compliance matters as directed by internal stakeholders
  • Integrate into our Area Management Team with full support from peers and managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ideally you will have:

  • A proven track record of improving client outcomes in disability services
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Good management skills including troubleshooting, prioritization, and conflict resolution
  • A pragmatic approach to problem solving and decision making
