Job Title: Disability Services Leadership Role
About the Opportunity:
The Benevolent Society is seeking a Team Leader to lead a multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Support Coordinators across the North Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and focused leadership to improve client outcomes in disability services
- Lead NDIS compliance matters as directed by internal stakeholders
- Integrate into our Area Management Team with full support from peers and managers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ideally you will have:
- A proven track record of improving client outcomes in disability services
- Ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Good management skills including troubleshooting, prioritization, and conflict resolution
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving and decision making
