Your Role

As part of initiatives to optimise operational excellence, we are seeking a Financial Analyst – Operations to act as a business partner within Supply Chain and Logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary on month-end reports.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, re-forecasts and month-end reporting processes.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Transformation stakeholders, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Develop compelling business cases for strategic investments, including ROI analysis, commentary and presentation of findings.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes.
  • Deliver ad hoc reports and detailed analysis to support decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant/CPA qualification.
  • Experience supporting functions in a commercial environment.
  • Industry experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with strong modelling skills to support business cases.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging finance and non-finance stakeholders effectively.
