Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate capability in their role as an experienced individual contributor
  2. Review pipeline, workload, POV success to drive quota attainment
  3. Spot, communicate, and drive deal opportunities
  4. Have real-world customer success stories
  5. Proactively spot prospect and customer issues, and communicate them appropriately
  6. Understand prospect and customer pain from real-world examples
  7. Run insightful discovery across the product platform, feeding into the success criteria of your POVs
  8. Assist your POD on deal qualification
  9. Strategize deals using MEDDPPIC framework
  10. Utilize MEDDPPIC metrics and create/source customer metrics when required
  11. Feedback deal risk
  12. Demonstrated long-term building of trust for prospect and customer relationships
  13. Slick handovers and utilization of internal teams
  14. Speak at regional marketing events
  15. Gain product depth across all products and complete Product Specialist 2 in a particular product
  16. Gain product breadth, such as in troubleshooting, integrations and custom setups
  17. Understand and communicate how the platform ties together
  18. Deep understanding of standard and non-standard product uses and workflows
  19. Be able to deposition key players that we can compete against
  20. Obtain cloud certification
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years as SE outside the org or excellent performance as SE 1
  • Demonstrate pipeline hygiene
  • Deep knowledge of the security industry's products and terminology
  • Have completed all internal certifications
  • Have achieved Level 1 in Product Specialism
  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree preferred
