We are seeking a technically strong and solutions-driven professional to guide and execute our cybersecurity roadmap, working across infrastructure, systems, and processes to strengthen our security posture.
This is a hands-on role with strategic impact, requiring deep expertise in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will operate as a senior technical resource, blending system engineering with advanced security knowledge.
The Role:
- Lead and execute the cybersecurity roadmap across infrastructure and applications
- Provide technical guidance on security architecture, threat mitigation, and compliance
- Collaborate with System Engineers to implement and maintain secure environments
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and respond to incidents with urgency and precision
- Support infrastructure hardening, patching, and access control initiatives
- Contribute to security awareness and best practices across the business
The Skills:
- Strong background in system engineering with deep expertise in cybersecurity
- Experience implementing security controls across enterprise infrastructure
- Familiarity with threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Ability to work independently and guide others in secure system design
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in retail or distributed environments is an asset
