Job Title: Indigenous Cultural Leader
">- Lead the development, delivery and evaluation of First Nations and Archaeology research to promote Queensland’s cultural collections.
- Establish national and international networks to enhance community engagement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage staff and mentor team members to achieve organisational goals.
- Develop and maintain reports within work units to track progress and success.
- Partner with Aboriginal peoples and Torres Strait Islander peoples to create safe and inclusive channels for engagement with Queensland Museum.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Proven experience in leading research teams and managing projects.
- Strong networking and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations and talks.
