Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for dynamic **Leading Hand** to join our high performing warehouse team based in **Acacia Ridge QLD, **to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers.

**Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Picking, packing and despatch of customer orders (freight management)
- Manual handling of goods and forklift duties
- Conducting sorting, loading and unloading of vehicles
- Assisting with telephone sales, counter sales and other aspect of the branch
- General Housekeeping duties
- Support our manufacturing team with guidance around correct systems and processes
- Support the development and succession planning of our manufacturing/warehousing team

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Previous warehouse experience in receiving or dispatch
- Supervision/leadership experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of industrial and safety products would be an advantage
- A current forklift licence and current experience
- Good personal presentation and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and with a team
