Tavern Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Tavern Supervisor to lead our bar and retail teams in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for training, leading, and motivating their team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with management to drive business results
  • Cleanliness, serving alcohol, restocking retail, restocking alcohol, customer service, housekeeping & kitchen work if required

Requirements:

  • Proven supervisory experience in a similar role, leading a diverse team
  • Commercial experience in hotel, mining, or resort environments is desirable
  • Ability to lead a successful team and take ownership of their performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to create, implement, and evaluate training and procedures
  • RSA and Venue license with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
