The Bracken Ridge Tavern is renovating Yes we are undertaking our biggest and most incredible reno yet and we need more incredible people to come on the journey with us. We have opportunities available now so you can get on board as we prepare to transition into our stunning new restaurant (including a brand new pizza offering) and coffee shop. This is a great chance for you to show off your bar, coffee shop, restaurant or shift manager talents in one of Queensland's largest Taverns and Retail outlets. Experience in a high volume fast-paced restaurant environment is highly regarded.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO IT

  • Experience in a Pub or Tavern environment is great - please only apply if you have prior experience or this is your dream career
  • Be a hands-on kind of person that likes getting involved in the action
  • Having a 'people personality' goes a long way in this industry
  • Be available and flexible and come to work – weekends and public holidays are just another day on the roster for us
  • Be able to think and motivate yourself and have a proactive approach to pretty much everything
  • Able to embrace a changing environment (and can cope with some loud noises as we continue construction)
