About the Role

We are seeking a senior business partner to join our team and provide financial insights that add value.

You will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to support decision-making, guide planning processes, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Leading the strategic and business planning process, ensuring objectives are aligned with meaningful performance metrics
  • Partnering with operations to understand drivers of cost and value, turning analysis into actionable insights
  • Developing and embedding effective forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools
  • Creating reporting that cuts through complexity, highlights key issues, and tells the story behind the numbers
  • Identifying risks and opportunities, providing clear, forward-looking analysis to support confident decisions
  • Driving continuous improvement in finance processes, reporting, and systems

The Key Responsibilities Include:

About You
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in business partnering and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into commercial insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Curiosity to learn from operations and understand the business beyond the numbers
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to deliver both immediate and long-term value
