Job Title: Financial Insights Analyst

About the Role:

This is a key role in helping drive financial and strategic success of our Retail business.

  • You will be the go-to person for financial insights, reporting, forecasting, and business partnering—working closely with teams across the business to support smarter, faster decision-making.
  • Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, build budgets and forecasts, and prepare financial profiles for business cases.
  • Help track benefit realisation and support both internal and external reporting requirements.

About You:

You are a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for partnering closely with the business to drive performance and deliver meaningful insights.

With a strong foundation in accounting (CA / CPA qualified), you bring deep experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis—particularly within a retail or customer-focused environment.

You thrive in a fast-paced setting, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Your ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders allows you to influence decisions and contribute to business success.
