We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Technologist to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of packing formats and brand categories. As a Packaging Technologist, you will be responsible for the delivery of packaging solutions that meet our high standards of quality and safety.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of packaging development projects from concept to commercialization. Your expertise in packaging development, project management, communication, and stakeholder relationships will be invaluable in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective packaging design and development strategies.
  • Provide technical support to business plans and collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, procurement, vendors on process improvements.
  • Support the action plan, report writing, and conduct PREP tool analysis.
  • Conduct packaging line trials and maintain packaging and testing specifications.
Requirements
  • Packaging experience in a FMCG environment.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship building skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
