This role involves developing and implementing leadership programs for students, staff, and the community. As a key member of our team, you will have a passion for leading and mentoring others to achieve excellence in their roles.

The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups. You will also be responsible for managing school resources and facilities to support the leadership program, as well as contributing to strategic planning processes.

As a leader in our organization, you will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to professional development and contribute to the growth and success of our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of budgeting and resource allocation, as well as high-level information technology skills.

In this role, you will be working closely with parents, community members, and stakeholders to promote the safety and well-being of children and young people. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all interactions with children and young people are positive and safe, and that you maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
